1. Book Facility for your event/activity
    – Follow the Facility Booking Process to request the desired Venue
  2. Key
    – Must be obtained from person responsible for use of facilities/event from the Parish Office. Keys must be returned to the Parish Office within one business day or drop off at the parish mailbox just to the left of the parish office door if the office is closed.
  3. Reverence and Respect
–Be mindful first and foremost, this is a place of worship and we must show reverence to God and the things that represent Him.
Maintain area clean and organized– stow things away properly in the place where they belong; if you don’t know ask someone or leave a note.

      Before you leave, make sure:

    • Candles at the altar are unlit.
    • Misal, binders and gospel are put in the sanctuary.
    • Tabernacle is locked.
    • Air conditioner is off.
    • Sound system is turned off.
    • Small mics are placed back in the closet.
    • Secure the facility; this includes ALL DOORS & ALL WINDOWS. Make sure everything is properly stored, all windows and doors are locked. We want to protect our sacred space.

We agreed that in general, for any use of facilities, allow the group that is on the schedule to finish their event until their scheduled time. This way, we allow them to clean the facilities and avoid conflicts.

If, and only if the group leader gives the following event coordinator/leader permission to start setting up or bring in food, etc., only then may they enter. Otherwise, if they do not have consent, they may not enter and respectfully will have to wait outside until it is their scheduled time. A copy of the calendar events for that week will be posted so it’s visible and this way groups can continue to be mindful and respectful of the set schedule. If a group is not on the schedule set by the Parish Office, they may not use the facilities. Please report unscheduled use of facilities to Trini.

  4. Do not Remove Anything or make changes to the ambiance
    – without expressed consent from Fr. Tad or Trini (office manager).
  5. Leave things in better shape that you found them
    – i.e see a vessel left out in the hall, pick it up and put it where it belongs.
  6. Report incidents
    – if things are out of place, lost, or dirty, immediately contact Trini (office manager) via phone, in person or e-mail. If possible, take pictures.
