若您是第一次使用，請至右方 “Sign up for a New Account” 連結建立新帳 號。進入頁面後，請依指示輸入自選的 User ID 和 Password, 以及您的個人資料。完成並送出後，您將立即收到一封來自 “San Jose Chinese Catholic Mission <og@parishsoft.com>” 的 email 要求您確認 email address, 請按下 email 中提供的確認連結以完成帳號建立及確認。
如您已有帳號，請輸入您的“用戶名” User ID (不是Email) 和密碼 Password 登入。
若您忘記用戶名 User ID 或密碼，請按下右方 “Forgot User ID” 或 “Password”, 再依指示輸入您的 email address。您將會收到一封來自 “San Jose Chinese Catholic Mission <og@parishsoft.com>” 的 email, 告知您的 User ID，或是提供連結以重新設定 (reset) 新的密碼。
在您取回 User ID 及 Password 後，即可回到首頁輸入 User ID 或新設定的 密碼進入系統。
如您未從Online Giving 收到電子郵件通知，則可能是因為郵件被送到了您的 Junk 或 Spam folder。請至您的 Junk 或 Spam folder 查看, 並可將 Online Giving email address og@parishsoft.com 加入您的安全名單 contacts list, 以確保未來的電子郵件直接發送至 Inbox。
在第一次進入系統後，您需要先設定 “My Payment Method”。可以選擇绑定您的銀行支票帳戶或信用卡帳戶。這個帳戶您可以隨時更換。
完成設定 “My Payment Method” 後，您便可回到主頁面 “Give a New Gift” 設定您的奉獻。可依選項選擇一次性或定期奉獻。
您將在設定奉獻日期的 3-5 天前收到 email 提醒，您仍可在奉獻日期前隨時 變更。

User Account Setup
First time user，click “Sign up for a New Account” to setup account.
Enter User ID, Password and personal information.
After complete and submit，you will receive a confirmation email from “San Jose Chinese Catholic Mission <og@parishsoft.com>”. Please follow instruction on email to confirm your account setup.
Returning user，please enter your User ID (not email) and Password to sign-in.
If you forgot your User ID or Password，Please click “Forgot User ID or Password” to retrieve. After submit your email address, you will receive a email from “San Jose Chinese Catholic Mission <og@parishsoft.com>” to inform your User ID, or a link to reset your password.
After your retrieve your User ID or reset Password，go to Online Giving homepage to signin.
If you cannot find email from “San Jose Chinese Catholic Mission <og@parishsoft.com>”, please check your Junk mail or Spam folder. In addition, please add Online Giving email address og@parishsoft.com into your contacts list to ensure all future email receive in your Inbox.
Payment Method Setup & Start your offering
Before starting to give a gift, you must setup your payment method.
Click “My Payment Method”. You may link to your bank account or Credit Card.
You may change your payment method any time.
Now you may click “Give a New Gift” to start your offering. You may choose one-time gift or recurring.
You will receive reminder email 3-5 days prior to your payment date. The date can be changed anytime before it’s coming.
