Recently, the vendor for our Online Giving Platform provided an update which has resulted in changes in the way we log in.  For those who made recurring donations, you will be able to log in using your email address and existing password.  For those who made one-time donations, you will need to create a new login by selecting the “Sign In” option on the main screen and then creating a new login account.

聖誕節彌撒 Christmas Day Mass:
時間： 12/25/2021 週六 3:00PM

彌撒主題是喜樂，南區查經的老友鄒世亮不止一次提到他鳴遠中學時的九字精神：「全犧牲、真愛人、常喜樂」，此乃雷鳴遠神父一生的寫照。顧光中蒙席也常勉勵我們要常喜樂。

喜樂是來自內心深沈、持久的滿足，為認識耶穌基督的人當能心領神會。喜樂能超越外在的束縛，也就是說，儘管外在形勢險惡、困苦；但內心仍可靜如止水，有盼望。我們在聖保祿-外邦人宗徒的身上，看到了喜樂的見證。

喜樂也有別於快樂，後者短暫、常由外在而來。

結束曲「多一點喜樂」，表達出世人都在尋求，人生恒久的喜樂，心靈的平安； 而最佳途徑 – 經由認識耶穌基督。這樣說，好似老王賣瓜；那麼我們不妨自忖：在我身上果真如此嗎？
 
一個活出信仰、喜樂的人，豈能不帶給周遭溫暖、安定與祝福？

然天色並非常藍，福禍實乃相倚；但我們深知，在任何困境中，主與我們同在。磨難生忍耐，忍耐生老練（羅5:4），為一個有同理心的人，在歷經生命苦楚後，終會破繭而出，成為一位懂得聆聽的陪伴者，既喜樂亦安困苦。

祈常喜樂、時進步！

p.s. 不少教友曾問及，如何為彌撒選曲的？
–  預覽主日的讀経、福音，了解彌撒曲的個別特質、配合教會禮儀意向，以此考量。多年前曾彙整梵二文獻及教會音樂書籍，拙著「彌撒中的音樂」一文，其中一段論及彌撒曲，可資參考。

For those who apply for this program, his or her household income cannot excess 80% of the median income……

Note: We achieved 87% of Sunday collections goal during the first 5 months of our fiscal year ending 6-30-22, which is a good performance considering the effects of COVID and the fact that we did not adjust our Sunday collection goal downward.

3. 協助失業或低收入者申請政府糧食券
